Devotional resource for Good Friday

As we follow Jesus to the crucifixion on Good Friday we consider the powerful spiritual impact of what was happening as he underwent such physical and psychological torture.

At 2pm today Revd Janice will livestream a short reflection on Facebook and introduce a resource that she, Fiona and Alex have produced for personal devotions on Good Friday. This short film focuses on the seven last words of Christ and includes poetry, improvised worship music and a concluding song.

The resource will be available on the parish Youtube channel  together with a recording of Janice's talk. You will need a quiet place and an uninterrupted 10-12 mins to make the most of this devotional video. We hope you will find it deeply moving and even transforming as you contemplate Jesus words and the accompanying searching questions.
